our history

From the very beginning, the BCS mission and desire has been rooted in our overwhelming desire to serve our clients.

2002

BCS was born

Originally created to help phone system vendors with prospecting and appointment setting for new opportunities.

2003

First VoIP installation

Our team successfully completed its first VoIP installation.

2004

Customization team created

In-house programming team was formed to create unique VoIP integrations with other business systems. 

2007

BCS Became a VoIP Reseller

As the VoIP market grew, our team decided to become engineers and advisors in the VoIP platforms.

2010

VoIP Gold Status Achieved

After only three short years, BCS reached the status of a Champion Gold Partner.

2010

Cloud Enabled Partner

The BCS Team became a Cloud enabled partner to help companies nearly seamlessly move their phone system to the cloud.

2017
